About the Role
In this relationship focused role, you’ll:
- Leverage your established network of bankers, accountants, and professional advisers to source new mid-market clients
- Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, structuring, pitching, and closing profitable deals
- Deliver tailored invoice finance solutions to support businesses with funding gaps, especially in the import/export, manufacturing, and packaging sectors
- Represent Pacific Invoice Finance at networking events, industry functions, client meetings, and referrer presentations
- Work closely with the National Sales Manager and Managing Director in a tight-knit, experienced team
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone with:
- 10+ years in commercial banking or business finance
- A proven ability to originate, structure, and win new lending mandates
- A strong referral network across Auckland (bankers, lawyers, accountants)
- Deep understanding of cash flow lending, P&L and balance sheet analysis
- Confidence in building trust with business owners and influencers
- Resilience, humour, and a true hunter mindset
- A mature, self-driven approach — no clock-watchers here
