About the Role
This is a pure contract administration role with no estimating required. You’ll be working on multiple live projects, supporting the wider commercial team with variations, subcontractor management, claims, and financial reporting. Ideal for someone experienced in Procore or similar construction software and confident managing financial aspects of small to mid-sized commercial builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontractor payments, claims, and contract variations
- Administer head contracts including progress claims and reporting
- Liaise with the site team to ensure commercial compliance and timely documentation
- Communicate with consultants and clients on project finances and documentation
- Assist with project close-out and compliance
- Experience in a QS or contract admin role within commercial construction
- Familiarity with Procore or similar construction platforms
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and progress claims
- High attention to detail and solid organisational skills
- Someone who can either run projects independently or is eager to grow with support
