This is a great chance to step up and manage your own FM portfolio. You’ll take responsibility for residential precincts, childcare centres, office conversions, a recreation centre, a sports arena, and two straightforward high-rises. Success is less about technical expertise and more about your ability to engage, communicate and deliver for building users.
Core duties:
- Act as the key contact for building users and resolve issues fast
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across a varied portfolio
- Guide contractor performance and track service delivery
- Oversee reactive maintenance and minor works
- Keep sites compliant and safe with H&S and statutory standards
- Contribute to a shared on-call roster
- Currently in an Assistant FM or intermediate role
- Strong communicator, confident with stakeholder management
- Able to juggle competing priorities and stay calm under pressure
- Familiarity with FM processes, contractors and compliance basics
- Ready to step up and take ownership of your own portfolio
