Content Assistant – Contract Role (Remote, 12–25 hrs/week)
Fully remote | Based in NZ or Australia | Flexible around school hours

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-focused Content Assistant to help deliver social media and content for our B2B clients. This is a hands-on role where you’ll keep content moving, deadlines met, and the team supported.
Ideal for people who want to seek new horizons, keep the wheels turning, and embrace a remote team culture that connects with heart. You may be returning to work, shifting from teaching or recruitment, or moving from freelance to one connected crew where your work actually moves the needle.
You’ll be great at:
  • Keeping projects organised and on track
  • Using tools like AI platforms (e.g. ChatGPT), task/project management tools, team communication tools, Canva, and social media scheduling software
  • Communicating clearly in writing and in meetings
  • Managing your time and workload without supervision
  • Flexing hours to join daily huddles and client calls (NZ business hours)
Role details:
  • Hours: 12–25 hours/week (contractor)
  • Location: Fully remote – must be based in NZ or Australia; right to work required
  • Availability: Core window 9:00am daily huddles – 2:30pm NZT (flexible around school hours and client meetings)
  • Contract: Independent contractor
  • Rate: NZD $38 - $45 + GST / hour (experience-dependent)

  • Need to be around people in person every day
  • Avoid tech tools or dislike digital workflows
  • Prefer strategy over execution and admin
  • Are looking for short-term work only
