Mike owns the business and delivers innovative recruitment campaigns to his clients. He enjoys working in a niche environment where each client's needs can be tailored to. Mike comes from an extensive recruitment and solution selling background, having previously worked for a large global consultancy and a number of New Zealand owned firms. Outside of work, he can be found playing with his two young kids or getting out for a surf or a sail when time allows!

Bringing this passion for people to one eighty, Aidan aims to learn all about his clients and what makes their business tick. By then listening to and learning about candidates styles and preference he can work towards that perfect fit. Outside of work he can be found on anything that involves power and speed, preferably either with two wheels or on the water.

Susannah provides permanent and contracting solutions to one eighty’s client’s, making one eighty a full service recruitment firm. Susannah has a wealth of knowledge in running projects providing contract staff to build new business and supply solutions for large projects. In her spare time Susannah enjoys spending time with friends, looking after her young family and running!

She truly understands her candidate’s and client’s needs in order to ensure the perfect match is made – even for short-term assignments. Her attention to detail and ability to build strong relationships, coupled with her strong desire to help people, enables her to assist candidates in finding their perfect career fit. His success is born out of his love for lifting the lid on businesses, small and large, and understanding what’s truly needed for success. He enjoys working at the ‘trusted advisor’ end of the sales spectrum. He’s known amongst his peers as a collaborator, a connecter, and a lateral thinker. It is this mindset that sees him in good company with the one eighty team. Aymon spearheads resourcing and managing our independent contractors in their client assignments. In his spare time he’s spearfishing, hunting and gathering...and cooking.
