About the role

As a Project Manager with ADC, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing and delivering projects of importance along with mentoring your team of Site Managers and Foremen to ensure the product you deliver is at an incredible standard. In addition you will also:

  • Be prepared to react to project issues or client queries
  • Maintain project communication and produce effective reports
  • Performance manage all site staff
  • Assist Planning Manager and Construction Manager with planning and programming for all projects
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Project Management team
  • Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of new systems and processes

Skills and Experience

You will join the ADC team as a construction professional with local New Zealand industry experience. We are looking for someone who has operated in a Project Management or Site Management with long range scheduling role previously, preferably with experience running either one $15M+ site, or multiple smaller sites. You will also need to be solutions and outcomes focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional results. It is expected that you will have a relevant tertiary qualification alongside a full drivers licence and health and safety qualifications (Site Safe Gold).
