We are proud to be the first Architectural practice in New Zealand to qualify for a JUST label.

The JUST program is a voluntary disclosure tool for organisations. It is a transparency platform for organisations to disclose their operations, including how they treat their employees and where they make financial and community investments.

This approach requires reporting on a range of organisation and employee related indicators. Each of the indicator metrics asks for simple yet specific and measurable account abilities in order for the organisation to be recognised at a One, Two, or Three Star Level, which is then summarised as shown on our table below.

Job Opportunities

The company are currently looking for a Senior Architectural Technician and a Project Architect to join their team.

Senior Architectural Technician - The Role

In this role as a Senior Architectural Technician you are responsible for leading a broad range of complex, high end and often high spec projects which include; tertiary education, public, Tikanga Maori, commercial and sports facilities.

You are responsible for producing drawings and documentation in Revit and will detail projects to a very high quality. You will provide solutions to complex issues, coordinate BIM and liaise with other consultants, ensuring clashes are detected early.

You will develop the design throughout each of the design stages, including site observation in the construction phase, ensuring the projects design integrity.

The Ideal Candidate

You could be an experienced Architectural Technician or Graduate, with at least 8 years experience.

You will be technically minded, highly proficient in Revit and have an excellent understanding of BIM and digital modelling. You will have an excellent working understanding of NZS 3604 and other related building legislation.

This role is for someone "hands on’’ who can co-ordinate with others and also produce drawings and documentation themselves. We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating to enhance the teams understanding of Architecture and their own.

Project Architect - The Role

In this role for a Project Architect you are responsible for leading a broad range of complex, high end and often high spec projects which include; commercial, tertiary education, public, Tikanga Maori and sports facilities.

You are responsible for producing drawings and documentation in Revit, you will detail projects to a very high quality. You will provide solutions to complex issues, coordinate BIM and liaise with other consultants ensuring a successful outcome.

You will develop the design through the early design stages, through to site observation in the construction phase ensuring the projects design integrity.

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally you will be a recently registered architect or you could be a non-registered architect, with at least 8 years experience.
  
You will enjoy collaborating to enhance the teams understanding of Architecture and your own, you will be comfortable presenting your ideas and upskilling others in the practice.
  
Technically minded with a high proficiency in Revit you will have an excellent understanding of BIM and the Revit model. You will have an excellent working understanding of NZS 3604 and other related building legislation.
  
This role is for someone ‘hands on’’ who can communicate effectively, coordinate with others and also produce drawings and documentation themselves.
