Reporting into the Services Manager, you will work closely with the site management team, QS's and senior management. Between you and the Services Manager you will be responsible for services across all sites as well as having input in tenders, bids and negotiations.
Service Coordination is a great career and experienced Service Manager's are very scarce. So this could be the career path for you!
You will have a trade or tertiary background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing or fire with the ability to learn on the job. You might have a couple of years experience with a major services sub-contractor and want to make the step up to main contractor.
You will be rewarded with a salary package of approximately $40K - $60K dependent on experience.

This highly recognisable construction company is a locally owned and award winning business based in the heart of the Manawatu. They pride themselves on delivering top class commercial multi million dollar projects to their clients. You will be involved in everything from tendering through to contract administration and final accounts.
You will have a decent level of estimating and QS experience either with a commercial main contractor or large sub-contractor. You will also hold a relevant QS diploma or degree.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will also be charged with developing a team of Quantity Surveyors.
This is a business that supports its staff and looks after them through a variety of ad-hoc means. You will join the family and enjoy everything the Manawatu has to offer - close proximity to surf on both coasts, short trip to the snow or mountain bike on any of the local trails.

You will be rewarded with a salary between $90K and $120K plus vehicle.
