2015 Wrap Up, New Consultants, 2016 and Beyond
Hopefully by now most of our clients are reading this whilst sitting on the beach relaxing and enjoying a great NZ Summer holiday. We thought we would take the time to thank everyone for a fantastic 2015 and give a few insights into developments we are working on for 2016 and beyond which will only enhance your recruitment strategies.
2015
We had a great year this year and it is all thanks to the team at one eighty, our clients, candidates and contractors. We have worked very hard on creating the ‘one eighty experience’ for all who come into contact with us. Some fantastic and innovative recruitment campaigns were run for some great brands including Hometech, Design Windows, Colspec Construction and Land Matters – check out our youtube channel for some of the videos we created.
New Consultants
We were lucky to have Jess Whyte join us mid year and by now some of you will have already experienced her high levels of drive and customer service. She is focusing on providing on demand contract staff across all of our clients in a variety of roles including admin, accounts and call centre.
I’m pleased to announce that we have another experienced consultant joining us on the 21st January and will bring over eight years of technical recruitment experience to the team. I look forward to introducing him to key clients.
2016
Next year will be a big year for us, as we endevour to keep up with our client’s growth and success. to enable this we looking to implement the following in 2016:
- A cost effective partnership with a professional video production company
- A new website for attracting the best talent
- No paper – all forms, time-sheets, contracts etc will be online allowing for faster signing and engagement of contractors
- Attendance at a number of local and international recruitment and talent attraction conferences to continually upskill and bring back new techniques to pass onto you our clients.
